In 2007 Bunkers upgraded their facilities, including increased warehouse capability. Bunkers installed shelving from floor to ceiling in the whole warehouse section of the building. 

In 2010 Bunkers completed a major store upgrade. We demolished some small rooms that were in the store area to make the store larger. By demolishing these small rooms it made the store about 20% larger.  The interior colors of the store were also changed this  included painting the floor and all walls.

In 2011 Bunkers replaced all the shelving in the store to give it a new clean modern look. Bunkers redesigned the store layout to create an easier shopping experience.

In late 2011 Bunkers started looking at different lubricant companies to partner with to provide a quality premium brand on St. Croix. In mid 2012 the owners of Bunkers decided that the Valvoline Family of brands would be a great partner. The owners approached Valvoline and kept working with them. In mid 2013 Bunkers became a Distributor for the Valvoline Family of Brands. Bunkers then upgraded the store to prioritize the Valvoline Family of brands. 

In mid 2013 Bunkers completed the transformation to a Valvoline Distributor. Bunkers began an advertising campaign to let the people of St. Croix know the Valvoline Family of Brands was here and available to everyone. Bunkers sells the brand to the do-it your self person. Bunkers also wholesales the brand to repair shops, stores and service stations.

The partnership with Valvoline successfully continues today.
